Refund policy
At Mainvy, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that there may be instances where you may wish to return a product or request a refund. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted. Please read it carefully before making a request.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if the item meets all of the following criteria:
The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
The item is returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact
The return request is made with a valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation number or invoice
Items that do not qualify for return include:
Items marked as Final Sale
Gift cards and promotional items
Custom-made or personalized products
Perishable goods (if applicable)
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact us via email at mainvypad@gmail.com with the subject line “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.
Include the following in your email:
Order number
Item(s) you wish to return
Reason for return
Photo evidence (if applicable)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item unless it is due to a Mainvy error (defective, damaged, or wrong item sent).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking number as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
4. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow:
5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
In some cases, it may take longer depending on your payment provider
If your refund is denied, we will notify you with the reason.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time:
Check your bank or credit card statement
Contact your credit card company – It may take time before your refund is officially posted
Contact your bank – Processing delays may occur

6. Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email mainvypad@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item
Provide photos of the damage or issue
Indicate if you’d prefer a replacement or refund
We will cover all shipping costs associated with verified defective or incorrect products.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

9. Non-Returnable Items (for hygiene or legal reasons)
Opened skincare or personal care items
Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., underwear, swimwear)
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
10. Fraudulent or Abusive Claims
Mainvy reserves the right to refuse a refund or return request that is:
Excessive
Repetitive
Not in compliance with this policy
Suspected of abuse or fraud
